Sugiyama is committed to maintaining a small enrollment that fosters a family like atmosphere. At Sugiyama, students are successful from the beginning of their High School experience. Our Freshman class from 2019 has thrived and all students are on track with their credits!

Every Thursday for transfer students
Grading Period: Quarterly .25 credits/class
7 classes per quarter for a total of 1.75 credits
Total: 7 credits/year
We serve students who prefer the option to thrive in a smaller program with more individualized attention. Upperclassmen are welcomed as transfer students, and opportunities are provided for them to participate in credit acceleration to help them complete their graduation requirements.
We offer: Running Start; Seattle Promise; work experience credit.
Our students actively participate in sports at their “home” Comprehensive High School.
